Setting up filezilla is quick and easy. Here is what you need to know.

Click on file>Site Manager

Click on New Site

Type WGUPLOADS.COM in the name. The host name is 'wguploads.com', logontype is 'normal', user is your user 'example@wguploads.com' and password is your assigned password. Then click ok!
